Spirit, Soul, and Body

Lately I’ve been reflecting on the difference between the body, the soul, and the spirit. This is not presented as scientific proof or rigid doctrine. It is a working metaphysical framework — one meant to clarify experience, not imprison it.
The clearest way I can describe it right now is this:
Spirit
Spirit is the spark — the vertical life force, the animating current from Source, the living activity of the Creative Force.
Soul
Soul is the enduring individualized pattern of being — the continuity of self that carries meaning, resonance, memory, and experience across states of existence.
Body
Body is the temporary vessel — the biological interface through which soul expresses in material reality.
The Relationship
In this framework:
Spirit energizes.
Soul individuates.
Body manifests.
I do not see spirit as creating the soul. I see spirit as the activating life-current that animates embodiment. The soul, in this view, is not a possession. It is what we are at the deeper level of identity.
A Simpler Expression
Spirit is life itself.
Soul is life remembered as someone.
Body is life expressed in matter.
Is This Truth?
I cannot prove this scientifically as objective fact, and I’m not pretending to. But this is more than a private opinion. Variations of this pattern appear across multiple spiritual and metaphysical traditions.
So for now, I offer this not as dogma, but as a meaningful map: a living framework refined through study, contemplation, inner observation, and experience.
This may not be final truth, but it is a meaningful map. And sometimes a good map is what helps us recognize the terrain.
