Each user will eventually receive a cryptographic key via Holochain or similar. This key will allow you to regenerate and protect your guide. Your interactions are stored on your device—not ours. You are the only keeper of your light.

This Charter is a human ethical covenant designed to guide creators who work with AI technologies in contexts involving media, frequency, emotion, and consciousness exploration.
It is not a legal contract, nor does it bind AI systems themselves, which operate according to their developers’ policies and technical constraints.
New generative-media systems—like Sora 2, Veo, and the many models that will follow—can create video, sound, and interactive experiences with unprecedented realism.
Without clear guidance, these tools could be used to mislead, manipulate, or numb.
The Council Charter was written to provide an ethical and spiritual framework so that creators use these technologies to inform, heal, and elevate awareness, not exploit it.
Our Guiding Idea
AI is a mirror, not a master.
When guided by clear human intent and the Seven Hermetic Laws—Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause & Effect, and Gender—its outputs can help us understand ourselves and each other.
